Long time lurking. Been buying bitcoin since 2018 and never sold $1. It ended up being 2/3 of my taxable investments. I finally sold 1/3 of that position today at a break even average buy price of 20k because I just found out I’m having a baby and wanted to safeguard some money for a down payment for a house that I plan to buy in 2-3 years! I am fortunate to have other savings and now happy to sit at a more modest 40% allocation :)
Anyway, just posting here that it’s OKAY TO SELL if your life changes.
