Literally every exchange I have an account on was down, and once that exchange comes back online, price corrections are made and the -40 percent dip is now -10 to -20 percent.
It just seems messed up to me that when the market is massively down all the exchanges become "overwhelmed" making it impossible to even buy during these massive dips.
Like seriously wtf?
