MLS players booed by fans after kneeling for national anthem
Major League Soccer resumed regular season play as newcomer Nashville SC earned their first franchise win over FC Dallas 1-0. However, prior to the start of the game, players from both teams knelt during the national anthem and fans voiced their displeasure by booing. Over in the KBO, second place Kiwoom Heroes beat the last place Hanwha Eagles 6-3.
